Founded in 2020, Four Don Ventures. (Formerly Don Puro's) is a dynamic, forward-thinking collective serving the Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey areas, dedicated to empowering the entrepreneurial spirits of younger minds by providing them with the essential resources to embark on their own business ventures and journeys. The company's origins trace back to 2020 when visionary founders Zachary Schafer and Rosko "Ross" Reiner initially set up shop as a computer company. However, their aspirations and dreams for being entropreneurs soon outgrew their initial focus. With the invaluable contributions of Mikhail "Mike" Jarvis and Jake Heller, the team decided to reinvent their mission and evolve into Four Don Ventures, while maintaining their friendship and businesses.

I've been fascinated by business and technology since I could remember, as both my parents did both those things growing up. All I can say is I am someone who is living his life the best I can while truly respecting and advocating for American Values

Rosko "Ross" Reiner
I began this company with Zach in 2020 because I always wanted to run my own business, be my own boss. I own a few other side hustles aside from this, and I enjoy playing Golf with my dad & uncle. I have loved doing every second of it ever since.We originally started out as a computer company, but we wanted to showcase other talents we had in the business industry.

Mikhail C. "Mike" Jarvis.
I joined on as a partner in 2022, and I haven't looked back since. Growing up with immigrant parents from Russia, I was taught at a very young age to work hard. I apply that everyday to life and that is why I help these fine men run such a wonderful and prosperous business. I enjoy food, a cigar from time-to-time, and most of all, being a wonderful boyfriend (hopefully someday husband) to my amazing woman, Kennedy!

Jacob S. "Jake" Heller
I was a soccer & football player until one day, I snapped my leg in half doing something profoundly stupid and I was told I couldn't play again because I already had three prior injuries. I didn't let that get me down, though. I investigated other avenues until I discovered Property maintenance. I was one of Zach & Ross' High School Startup Kids in 2022, and I became so successful thanks to them, I offered to keep them on as partners. Now, I run (with my parents) our property in Philly, with half-of-it being my parents, and the other half for my Property Maintenance Business!
